Hello all

I just thought I would add a further update:  I'm about 6 weeks on from the cardioversion now.  My heart rhythm seems to be holding pretty steady, not perfect but certainly better than it was.  My exercise tolerance has increased nicely - the day before surgery I could only walk about 30-40 yards before becoming breathless and having to pause, now it's more like 200 yards - which basically means I can do most of the things I want to.  I still get breathless going uphill or if I push the speed, but it's so much better!
Let's hope my heart doesn't start fibrillating again too soon.
regards, Deb
