I used to make the most amazing choux buns, if I do say so myself. I haven't made them for years, perhaps I'll give it a go again next week!

Perhaps proper home-made ones taste better than the mass-produced things I've been disappointed with, so I'll take your word for it - enjoy your baking (and eating the result) :f_biggrin:
