At the moment, I'm in 'fight the depression with humour' mode and it was only in the last couple of years that a penny dropped that when I'm like this, psychiatrists and others who know I'm manic depressive but don't know me think I've gone all-out manic as I rabbit away.  For years, I couldn't work out why it was when I was in my deepest, most suicidal depression that psychiatrists bombarded me with with pills to lower my moods.

It's a pity that shirt appears to be a photoshop.  I'd love to have shirt with that slogan.  Time to make myself a badge, I think.
