Call 0808 802 9999 helpline open 12-2.30pm and 7-9.30pm daily, information, resources, email and support on website (sponsor listed prior to site opening)   has several centres throughout UK- helpline is the same for all  - for male survivors over 18, call 0845 122 1201 Monday & Tuesday 7- 9.30pm, Thursday 12-2.30pm or email

RSPCA (24hr) stop cruelty helpline 0300 123 4999 to report a neglected, distressed or injured animal, further information can be found
