Depends which organisation they run.  I think quite a few are creative with their taxes (and if you pay someone enough you can do nicely without needing to break tax laws, especially if you make the right backhanders to politicians to change the tax laws in your favour) to get enough in salary, dividends, bonuses etc. to buy a spare house or a yacht to entertain their contacts in business, politics etc.
