What I'm a bit annoyed with myself about is that I've been consistently waking at the same time each morning for a while (in addition to in the night trips to the loo when I easily get back to sleep) but it's after less than 8 hours. I kept meaning to use it as a driver to go to bed earlier. I think I'm going to change and simply start getting up then even if it's only 6 hours or so.
It would do me good to find more messageboards as well as this.
