As for the totally unacceptable waiting time on the phone - surely these organisations can't keep trotting out Covid as an excuse, we're supposed to be 'living with it' now

My council staff are still working from home with no face to face interviews for customers even to fill in pip esa AA forms, management have effectively destroyed a decent welfare rights service that raised money for the council
