DWP starts publishing DLA reform consultation responses

The DWP has finally started publishing the responses to the DLA reform consultation (the one that took place two years ago):

This was supposed to have been completely done by the end of 2012, but so far only the organisation responses are available:

along with the three campaign template responses. No individual responses have been published at all yet, and there's no indication of how much longer the DWP will drag their feet for.

Update: the individual responses have been published. You can find them here:

I haven't examined any of the files yet, but the visible numbering indicates that at least 1600 of the roughly 2500 non-template responses have been published. In combination with the unnumbered material, it's quite possible that all 2500-odd are there now.
