As for the totally unacceptable waiting time on the phone - surely these organisations can't keep trotting out Covid as an excuse, we're supposed to be 'living with it' now  :f_doh:

My council staff are still working from home with no face to face interviews for customers even to fill in pip esa AA forms, management have effectively destroyed a decent welfare rights service that raised money for the council
