Hi Bubble

you need to go to this page https://www.gov.uk/calculate-state-pension
and put in your date of birth and male or female and it calculates it for you

They have changed the design a bit - I used to wind up my colleagues by putting their dates of birth in and announcing  "you can retire in 18 years 8 months and 23 days"  the actual working on the page was "you can claim your state pension in 18 years 8 months and 23 days"   but it was good for a wind up >biggrin<

Thanks again Monic,, Ive kept you busy today,,,,,,,,,,  >hugs< sorry

I liked the bit you said winding your colleagues up lol. I would have retired in 2 and half yrs, now because of the changes I have 8 and half yrs left it certainly is not fair, and now have to go through all this atos assessments for yrs instead of getting pension.  :-( and telling them to stick it
